TWO-WAY TRAFFIC OPENED

The City Traffic Engineeršs office announced today the following:

Bailey Avenue from Buckley Street to Dodds Avenue was opened to two-way
traffic today.

East 4th Street from Mabel Street to Houston Street was opened to two-way
traffic today.
