FALL 2005 Classes have been assigned (to the best of our ability).

NOTE: ALL FORMS BELOW WILL RETURN AN *** ERROR *** MESSAGE WHEN YOU SUBMIT
THEM. HOWEVER, WE WILL STILL RECEIVE THE INFORMATION!

NOTE: BLACKBOARD WILL UNDERGO A MAJOR UPGRADE THE WEEK OF AUGUST 8.

PLEASE BACK UP YOUR CLASSES USING THE EXPORT OPTION.

In the worst case scenario, a complete loss of BB data and the inability to
restore the database (which we certainly do NOT expect), those who have
exported their classes will be able to upload those classes as soon as the
new system is online. Backup your work or risk losing it!

Instructions for exporting:
http://utconline.utc.edu/archive.html

Exporting is for restoring a class or re-using it in another semester/year.
Archiving is for keeping a permanent record of the class as it was the day
you archived it.

We suggest you export your class and save it to your hard drive after ANY
major changes as well as at the beginning of the semester, at midterm and
archiving it after finals/grades.

request them: http://utconline.utc.edu/assignCourses.html

NOTE: Combines and Assigns will be addressed in the order they are received
over the next WEEK.

Please flag and/or save this email if you wish to use Blackboard. It
contains valuable information and links that you will need later.

# Why are there no Students in my Classes?

Students will *not* be enrolled until one week before the beginning of the

# Why is my class unavailable? or My students cannot get into the class!

click it.

see the class.
