The University Archives at UTC are maintained in Lupton Library and cover
the University from its formative years (pre-1886) to the present.  I
respectfully ask that departments on campus consider sending hard copies of
records they wish retained as part of their department's history, as well as
the University's history.  These include departmental meeting minutes,
bulletins, memos, publications, and anything that documents the existence,
activities, and evolvement of the department.  Documents and items can be
sent to me at Lupton Library, Dept. 6456.  If you need further information
or have a question on whether a particular item or document is suitable for
