Please excuse this last intrusion onto your screens for this Spring:

The UTC Percussion Ensemble, Directed by Dr. Monte Coulter,
presents "Catch the Groove!" on Monday, April 13 at 7:30 in the Hayes
Concert Hall. The program will include the beautiful "Stained Glass" by
Gillingham, the explosive "Doomsday Machine" by Mike Burritt, "Stubernic" by
Mark Ford, and a number of other fantastic works. And, as anyone who has
attended UTC Percussion concerts in the past can attest, there are always
surprises!

A special addition to the program is the Udow "African Welcome Piece", which
fills the hall with whirling bull roarers, African slappers and spogane, and
the singing of our very special guests the Chattanooga Boys Choir Cantabile
Choir, Directed by Vincent Oaks, which is a changed voice chorus (Singing
the African syllables in the score) made up of Chattanooga Boys Choir
alumni.

DO NOT fail to catch "Catch the Groove" on Monday, April 13, at 7:30, at the
Hays concert Hall on the UTC campus.

The Hayes Concert Hall is at the corner of Vine and Palmetto Streets, on the
UTC campus. The concert is free to the public.
