Howdy, folks. I'm back from my sojourn in Texas and the east Tennessee
Mountains and ready to get the arrangements completed for the June 18
planning conference at Two Rivers Mansion in Nashville.

Before I left, the following folks had said they were attending the
conference:

Buster Irvin (hotel)
Bob Boyer (hotel)
Susan Robinson (hotel)
Mary Hendershot (hotel)
Lee Warren (hotel)
Bonnie MacDonald (hotel)
Scott Bridges (hotel)
Elizabeth Bridges
Ellen Kimball  (hotel w/Mary)
Mimi Shimmin
Larry Kosson
Barry Lichterman
Harry Landreth
Sherri Leathers
Darrell Bryan

I also emailed confirmation numbers to those requesting hotel rooms
while I was somewhere out on the road; did anyone not get a
confirmation number?

For those who have just joined, and those who may have misplaced an
e-mail or two...here's the information again about the conference:

We're meeting at Two Rivers Mansion in Nashville (map attached), just
around the corner from Opry Mills, on Monday, June 18, at 10 am. We're
planning to be done by 3 pm so folks have a reasonable chance to escape
unharmed through rush hour traffic, but friendly discussions could go
on beyond that.

Cost is $25 - enough to cover lunch and some adult beverages.

For those of you who may be contemplating spending either Sunday night
before or Monday night after the meeting in Nashville, we can reserve a
block of rooms at a Marriott hotel near the Mansion. Room rates will be
$69 plus taxes for a King and $79 for two double beds. Please let me
know by the middle of next week if any of you want this option; I'm in
conversations with Marriott about getting a small block of rooms at a
discounted rate.

I need to get a head count pretty soon for catering purposes, so if you
can post up soon and let me know your plans, I'd be forever grateful.

Have attached a map again for everyone's reference - it includes both
the Mansion and the hotel locations. A copy of the map is also on the
website.

Looking forward to seeing everyone in June!
