Just a quick clarification on the venue’s name. It is The Church @ 117. 😊

Subject: Fall Booking Meeting
Hi folks,
Looks like everyone is excited enough about the fall booking meeting to start asking for invoices early this year! (Thanks for that, actually….)
So in that spirit I’m starting this thread to give everyone the details as they stand today. First, block out Monday, October 8 on your calendars - that’s when we decided at our last meeting that we would meet.
Second, Fran has leaned on the good folks at The Church at 177 in Manchester (not Tullahoma as I said the other day) to allow us to use their space - it’s an event venue in an old church at 117 Fort Street in downtown Manchester. Actually, we have ties there, it’s owned by Roberta’s husband, Steve West. We’ll have lunch catered by The Mercantile, which is a cool little home cooking (read: southern) place in downtown Manchester.
I haven’t done an agenda yet but expect we need to convene a board meeting about 8:30 so we can get the booking sessions started by 9:45 or so. As always, we’ll have a working lunch as we try to power through both over and under $7500 artists and be done by 3 pm at the latest.
So start posting up on this thread and let me know if you’re able to attend and if you need me to send you an invoice. Also, if you have a preference for a vegetarian food option, let me know that as well, please. So far, here’s who is attending, based on said invoice requests:
Blake Smith - Clayton
Molly Cochran - Columbia State
Sam Hahn - Cumberland Co Playhouse
Ron Jewell - Halloran
Diann Robinson - The Ned
Lauren Snelling - OZ
Bob Boyer - UTC
Christi said TPAC is attending - just waiting for attendee names from them.
Details for your travel:
The Church at 117 (http://www.thechurchat117.com/) 117 Fort Street Manchester, TN. It’s easiest to take the middle of the three Manchester exits off I-24 (TN 55) and go west into downtown Manchester, then turn right on Highway 41 (Hillsboro Blvd on Google maps) and go north up to turn right on Fort Street.
Questions? You know where to find me.
Many thanks,
Bob
