Judy - 

Go ahead and put as much information as possible out to the list beforehand.
That way everyone can be considering everything and it will make your task
of wrangling three or four other presenters into a block that much easier
come the November and February conferences.

Having said that, we don't really expect too many actual blocks to shape up
at THIS meeting. Some may (and one already has), but this is more of the
information meeting. It's just my guess that the February conference will be
where the bulk of the wheeling and dealing will go on, since more folks will
have a handle on what they want to acquire for their upcoming seasons by
then.

Does this make sense?
