ArtsConversation 2008, that is! Registration is now officially underway
for our fall conference, which is being held at the Hotel Indigo in
Nashville on November 9, 10 and 11. (Our fall booking conference is on
the 11th.)

Registration materials are ready (well, almost), but ready enough to
send out to all of us within TNPR. We missed one item which will be
added next week before we invite non-TNPR members to the conference.

This is the official pre-invitation invitation for all of us.

Please respond and let us know of your attendance plans as well as your
feedback on these pieces before we go calling on non-member agencies.
For those of you in a position to register early, you will be the
recipient of our undying gratitude as we need to start putting deposits
on the hotel and such. We will be spending a fair amount of money in
July and every little bit helps. As far as we know, the Tennessee Arts
Commission (on three...yea, Rich!!) is coming through with most, if not
all of the promised funds from a Commission Initiative fund, but it's
not in the bank yet. So send those checks as you can, please.

Presenters and agents each have their own registration form attached,
but I'd appreciate everyone looking at both and sending me any feedback
you have - especially on the agency form before I send it out to folks
beyond our membership.

The one item we missed was to include a non-member registration fee of
$225 which would include (for agencies) membership in TNPR for the
remainder of the fiscal year - through June 2009. Does this seem like a
fair deal for us and them? I also noticed that we need to include the
events schedule in the agency/artists registration form as well. Let me
know of any other thoughts you have about the marketing materials. And
thanks in advance.

Register early! Register often! (just kidding) Encourage your friends!
Let me know of specific agents who are not members to send registration
information!

Let's get this party rollin'!!!

Bob
