Hey Gang,

Sorry. Looks like I should have included membership forms in the 
letters. Some of you have asked about renewal rates (the same as last 
year) and others need the forms for processing through your system.

Accordingly, here is a pdf of the form you can print out and use for 
processing; it has the original fees on it; we have not changed any of 
them.
