Bob--
I'm sorry I missed the membership reminder. Could you resend the PDF?

By the way, I've been working with Vendini for ticket sales and box office needs. Getting Vendini's Membership Services Agreement and payment schedule worked out and approved by the state has been a ridiculous adventure!! Are you using a ticketing solution at UTC? We should have everything hammered out soon, and our negotiations should pave the way for other TN state institutions with Vendini. I had no idea I'd run into so many obstacles when I first started down this road.

Subject: Membership Reminder

Just a reminder that as of tomorrow, your memberships in Tennessee Presenters are due. Many thanks to those who have already forwarded their checks. We do appreciate your continued support as we continue to work on your behalf. Please email me directly if you've lost the pdf invoice I sent you; I'll be happy to get a copy to you. :-) Also, I'll be purging the email lists at the end of July so don't wait too long.

Thanks again everyone for another successful year, and for our collective improvement in personal health. It's good to hear that Buster and Tania are on the mend. We're looking forward to ArtsConversation 10 in Nashville this November as it appears a good many of us won't be going to PAE. Given that state of affairs, AC10 will be the first best chance to meet with agents and artists while searching for next season's artists. I'm already seeing a lot of interest from various agents and coupled with the remarks coming in on my informal travel poll, it appears that AC10 will be an important conference for a lot of us. We're looking forward to that.

If I can be of help, please don't hesitate to call. I'll be back in the office Tuesday dealing with the marketing aftermath of the great dance disaster of ought-10.

Everyone have a happy and safe 4th of July!

Regards,

Bob
