If you do the car thing Battered & Fried in East Nashville might be a good option. Sushi & fried fish available.

I'm thinking several places to facilitate more discussion and less  
wait time to get tables. Walking distance would be better unless you  
can pile an entire group into one car so those unfamiliar with the  
city don't get lost trying to follow.
