Just a quick reminder for everyone, even those in the middle of travel  
to the regional conferences, that ArtsConversation 10 is not too far  
away! It would be a good idea to check into booking a room at the  
Doubletree by calling 615-244-8200 for reservations.

You'll need to use the code "TPR" to access the $129 per night rate,  
which includes parking (normally $24/day). The last day to be able to  
book a reservation at this rate is Sunday, October 17.

In case the original reservation kit got lost on the hard drive, I'm  
attaching copies for everyone again. (Those of you who have already  
registered, feel free to ignore most of the following...) If you're a  
presenter, please use the presenter kit, if you're an artist or agent,  
please use the agent/artist registration packet. One note: the  
registration fee primarily covers food (but not all), so if you have  
more than one person attending, I'll need funds to cover their meals.  
We can prorate the amount for the second person to cover only meals,  
but I'll need to know ahead of time. I'm waiting for word from the  
Doubletree about that pro-rated amount so I'll post it as soon as I  
hear from them.

Again, it's time to make those reservations. There's more info in the  
registration packets attached to this email.
