I have received your email and voice mail and am sorry, but I am not sure why I'm getting these. What is Tennessee Presenters? This is something new to me and I'm afraid that I'm confused. Could you enlighten me please?

Subject: June 18 Tennessee Presenters Meeting - Last Minute Info
We're gathering Monday at Two Rivers Mansion, at 3130 McGavock Pike,
just off Briley Parkway north of I-40 on the east side of town (north
of the airport).
Directions to Two Rivers Mansion are:
I-40 towards the Nashville Airport and exit onto Briley Parkway to go
towards Opryland and Opry Mills. (Cross over I-40 if you're coming from
the west or Chattanooga; exit right if you're coming from east of
Nashville.) At Exit 10 on Briley Parkway, exit right onto Two Rivers
Parkway and go east about 1 mile until you intersect at McGavock Pike.
Turn left, go past McGavock High Schools and Two Rivers Mansion/Park
will be on the right.
Directions to the Marriott Cortyard Hotel at 2508 Elm Hill Pike are:
Get on Briley Parkway towards Opryland and Opry Mills. Exit onto Elm
Hill Pike (Exit 7) going east. Hotel is approximately 1 mile on the
right (just past the intersection with McGavock Pike).
Directions to Two Rivers Mansion from the Marriott Courtyard hotel are:
Turn left out of the hotel parking lot, then turn right onto McGavock
Pike. Process north on McGavock through the intersections with Lebanon
Road and Two Rivers Parkway, past McGavock High School and look for the
Mansion on the right.
Please see map for further reference. It is attached, as well as being
on the web site on the page with meeting information.
The Meeting will start at 10 am and the formal discussion will end by 3
pm so anyone who wants can leave before traffic gets horrendous.
The agenda includes election of the following board members to a two
year term of service beginning July 1, 2007: Ken Alexander, Tania
Castroverde-Moskalenko, Chris Dallas, Elizabeth Irvin, Harry Scanlon,
and Mimi Shimmin. Also on the agenda will be discussion and approval of
a FY 2008 budget, as well as the discussion we will be concentrating on
to set some strategic plans and goals for our organization.
We have a BBQ lunch and beer and soft drinks and tea available; cost
for everything is $25.
And for those of you coming from or through Chattanooga and planning on
using I-24, I'd suggest planning an alternate route as all the
Bonnaroos will be hitting the roads on Monday and I-24 should be a
disaster area.
See you Monday!
