Tony Manrique here with The All-American Boys Chorus.  I'm currently in
Eugene at the Arts Northwest conference.  

I really want to try to come to the TN presenters meeting on 11/9, 11/10 and
11/11.

I've made my hotel reservations, but can I still register with you for the
meeting?  I know it may be too late.  

Also, if I arrive on Sunday evening do I miss much?  I'd get in around 6:00
pm.  And then when is it OK to fly home?  I figure the afternoon of the
11th, is that right?

If you're planning on taking advantage of the discounted rate at the  
Hotel Indigo for ArtsConversation 2008, you need to make a reservation  
this afternoon or tomorrow. The block price, which we extended a week,  
expires tomorrow.

Please call the hotel directly, at 615-329-4200 and speak to Nikki  
Smith and only Nikki. For whatever reason, no one else has the  
information that the block is still open.

I'll be using their printout of the block as my headcount for meals -  
so make sure you get a room today!
