Hi folks,

First, a thank you to those who have renewed their membership already and cheer on those of us (UTC included) who have payments somewhere in their processing systems. Also, if you've lost your invoice, email me off list and I'll be glad to send another copy. But thanks so much for the support, everyone. We're off to a good start.

I'm hoping to spend some of the day working with Montgomery Bell on some arrangements. Please let me know (again, off-list) of any alternative food preferences/needs so I can plan for them in the menus. I'm running out of options with their standard catering menu - there are only so many ways they set up meals at the state parks - so I'm looking around for some interesting recipes to add to the menus this year. If you have any recipes that you like and think they can be scaled up to 50 servings, send 'em on! I'll be digging through my more recent copies of Cook's Illustrated, but all the rest of our cookbooks and Cook's Illustrateds are packed away in storage and internet searches all assume you know what you're looking for. Who, me?

And finally, just a reminder that today is the last day to register for PAE at the earlybird price of $425. If you're planning to go, save some bucks and register today. Also, if you're planning to go, let me know so I have an idea of who my co-conspirators will be when it comes time to stir up trouble and/or find a bar. Don't forget, we do have the two consortia meetings - one at the beginning of the conference and one at the end. TNPR member agents and artists are welcome at the first meeting as always! You'd be welcome at the second meeting but then we couldn't talk about you. Or your artists.  :-)
