We're getting closer!

Please take a minute to look over www.tnpresenters.org and see what has 
happened in the last day or so. There is still some work to be done, 
particularly the animated flash image viewer on the home page, but I've 
made a good bit of progress this evening.

Please check out every page and let me know what you think, but I need 
you to pay particular attention to a couple of areas:

1) The members page. I've got a bunch of your logos in place and have 
dug up some copy from your web sites, but there are still some venues 
to be finished. Those of you with no web site, I would greatly 
appreciate some words about your operation, mission statement, etc. 
Look over what we've done so far and take your lead from what's already 
up on the page. Those with copy up there, let me know if you want any 
changes and what those changes are. Those without a logo in front of 
your listing, well, you know what to do...

2) At the bottom of the members page (and the members page only) is a 
link under the UTC FAC logo called "Members Resources". Clicking this 
link will take you to a password protected page. There is only one User 
Name and Password for all of us. The User Name is: tennessee. The 
Password is: presenter. Once you type in your user name and password, 
you will go to the Member Resources page where there are some links to 
schedules from venues that have already responded to my call for show 
schedules. Check out the format I'm using, and send me your 
information. I'll cut and paste it into the page.

3) Artist and Agency members: there is going to a section on the 
members page with your memberships listed as well. Consequently, I now 
need logos, copy, web site URLs and e-mail addresses from all of you. 
I'll be using the same format as for the presenter members, so just go 
by what I've done for those listings on the members page.

I've gotten to the end of my rope for tonight, so I'll work on it some 
more this weekend after I get back from Atlanta.

That gives you guys a couple of days to come up with logos, copy, and 
best of all, ideas for what else we can do with this site before it 
goes public! Oh, we're still looking for more high quality images of 
your venues - interior and exterior.

Thanks for all your help so far; I'm going to work on the paperwork to 
close out the grant. I'll get back to the site this weekend when I'm a 
little fresher.
