Hi folks,
Hope everyone is enjoying the New Year with great programming and full houses!
It’s time to get you to put our spring booking meeting on your schedules. This year, Claire Armbruster has kindly offered to host us at the Franklin Theatre, 419 Main Street in beyoooteeful downtown, hip, trendy, Franklin, TN. (Zip code 37064 for navigation purposes)
So we’re meeting on Monday, February 13. We’ll begin with a board meeting at 9 am CST and get going on the booking sessions at 10 am CST (Board members, take note). We’ll need to get done by 3 pm as they have an event in there that evening so we’ll have a working, catered lunch along with coffee and donuts or some such for breakfast. Claire is surprising us with the catering choice but it will be local to Franklin! Registration fee is $60, which includes breakfast and lunch. make your checks out to Tennessee Presenters, please.
So mark your calendars and respond here to let Claire and me know how many lunches to purchase for us.
Agents, artists, et al. Since this is one of the closed, presenter-only meetings, this is your first notification to send out information to us between now and February 13 about artists you’re still looking to route and routings that are forming up after APAP! Make sure to post that information here (no pricing info unless you want the world to see it) so we can see it and act on it.
Presenters, please reply here and let me know if you’re attending in person. We’ll work on adding an online option for folks who absolutely can’t make it, so for those folks, the registration fee will be $35. But we’d really rather see your smiling faces in Franklin on Monday, February 6 at the Franklin Theatre.
