Chris -

Thanks for the feedback. For this first conference, I was going for a
one-price fits all (presenter, agent, artist) for TNPR members only.
The $150 basically covers the food cost and that's it. We're not making
any money at that price point, which is fine as long as enough folks
show up and we stick to our concept.

As far as a higher price for non-member agencies, $225 was my first
thought, but I'm open. And remember, the agency membership that is
included is only for November 11, 2008 through June 30, 2009 (8
months). To some extent, yes, it's an inducement to sign on for
membership, but I could see a $250 or $275 price for non-member
agencies. Further thoughts?

I'll respond as possible over the next couple of days; Pat's aunt died
Sunday (she was the last of the seven brothers and sisters which
included her father) and Pat's brother ands sisters are descending on
our house as we speak. Funeral will be tomorrow afternoon.

I'll be back in the saddle after that. I'll try to get down to UTC on
Thursday and see about modifying the layout - that computer has the
newer version of InDesign on it that I need. I'll see about the spacing
and screening things back some more.

Regards,

Bob
