Hi Darron (and others of you new to the organization this year) - 

The booking conference (one in the fall and one in the winter) are for
presenters only. Though you missed the networking conference this fall,
there was a booking conference connected to it on the Tuesday, so that may
be where the confusion lies.

The booking conferences are discusssions among the presenters who are
talking about which artists they are looking to hire for the coming season.
Since the discussions involve fees, we keep this aspect of the organization
strictly between presenters to protect the confidentiality of the pricing
for the blocks which are ultimately formed between artists and presenters.

Hence, we don't invite artists or agents to these meetings and,
consequently,  my suggestion to everyone on the artist and agent side to
check with the presenters with whom you have been talking/negotiating and
make sure those who are interested in you have all the information they need
to reach a consensus on the blocks during these meetings.

The annual summer meeting and the ArtsConversation conferences are for
everyone to gather - artists, agents, and presenters.

 I went to the home page, but didn't see if there is a registration fee,
just hotel.
As a Rookie, what do I need to do ? to register
