Hi Bob,

I plan to attend. If I'm the only vegetarian I'm ok with the sides that come with BBQ or can bring something with me. No need for everyone else to suffer and I know BBQ is easy. Really...

Thanks, Sherri

Subject: May 4 Annual Meeting

Hi folks,

Hope everyone is doing okay. Just want to remind you of our annual meeting on Monday, May 4, 10-ish to 2-ish (central time) at Monthaven in Hendersonville, home of Hendersonville's very own Dan Titcomb. I know a bunch of folks spoke up earlier about attending in the middle of the discussion about where we were going to meet, but I need to get a head count at this point for lunch. If you're not on the list below, please reply and let me know if you're going to be able to attend so I can get about ordering some lunches for us.

Accordingly, here's who I know is attending so far, based on our previous conversations (and yes, there were a couple of maybes but I'm not including them here):

Fran Gray
Chris Dallas
Bob Boyer
Katie Lehman
Lori Nolen
Ron Jewell
Dan Mann
Brad Downall
Dan Titcomb
Mary Hendershot
Sam Hahn
Molly Cochran
Alice Roberts
Diann Robinson

Just reply and let me know. I'll send out updated lists as we get closer. Many thanks.

And this question is for the Dans of Hendersonville (sounds like a bad country band). About lunch; are there any local places there which can cater and accommodate vegetarians? I'd be all over some Center Point BBQ, but there aren't a lot of meatless options on that there menu. And I'd rather have things catered in so we don't lose momentum (or people) before we're done. Lemme know what you'd suggest for us, please.

Bob
