Subject: Annual Meeting May 23!

Good morning everyone,

Hope everyone enjoyed the weekend and mothers were celebrated in style. Just sending out a reminder that if you're planning to attend the annual meeting in exactly two weeks - May 23 - I need to know so we can tell the caterer how much to bring for lunch. If you've responded previously, no need to respond again, I've got an organized attendees list. If you haven't yet said whether you can attend or not, now would be nice, as a friend used to say. Let me know by Wednesday if possible before I call the caterer.

Meeting details: we'll get the business meeting underway around 9:30 am. We'll have end of the year reports as well as officer elections for next year and we'll need to take a few minutes to talk about planning for ArtsConversation16. After that, we'll go around the room for a roundtable conversation and take the pulse of the business this year from the perspective of both smaller and larger organizations. Let's plan to talk over challenges, opportunities and new initiatives that can enhance our operations. Finally, we'll take a tour of a pretty special performance space, OZ Nashville. Lunch, as always, will follow with more conversation.

So: OZ Arts Nashville, 6172 Cockrill Bend Circle, 37209. 9:30 am CDT until 1:30 pm or so.

Let me know if you're coming or not by responding to this message. As I said, if you've already responded, no need to do so again.

Have a good week!

Bob
