It’s the worst, our TD died this fall after 18 years- we got lucky with a great replacement, I will ask him if he knows any candidates-

My Technical Director, the heartbeat of our production team ( and a really great guy as well) has decided to simplify his life and go back to being a union carpenter in another facility.  This leaves me with an opening for a Technical Director.
