That's my point. Those costs are listed at the bottom of the original
message. I need everyone to look at those costs and tell me if you can
attend based on those costs. (Registration = $75, Meals = $150, 3,
maybe 4 nights hotel at $85/night plus tax).
One person is looking at approximately $525 to $625 after tax is thrown
in plus travel expenses and miscellaneous, depending on how long you
stay.
In reality, agents will probably be in for 3 nights (Sat/Sun/Mon) while
working with their showcasing artists; presenters probably would stay
for 3 nights (Sun/Mon/Tues) because of the Tuesday booking conference.
However, those from west Tennessee may have to add a fourth night
because you may not want to drive back Tuesday night after an all-day
booking conference. Agents and artists also have to consider air
fare/ground transportation costs for multiple people involved in a
showcase, even though there is only one registration fee per
organization.
