Sheri,

I would love to attend. May I make it me plus one? I would love to bring BBH. If it's OK, you don't need to respond, we'll just show up. If I can't bring Barbara, well......

Looking forward to seeing you.

Best,
Chris

TPAC Education has a Teacher Preview Performance of Nearly Lear performed by Susanna Hamnett and we would like to invite Tennessee Presenters to attend. This is a full performance, 70 minutes, no intermission and suitable for high school and public performances. One actress, affordable, and workable in smaller venues. The performance is scheduled for June 21, 2012 from 1:00-2:30 PM in TPAC’s Johnson Theater. Doors will open to the house at 12:30 PM.

If you would like to attend please respond and let me know so we can add your name to the list.

Here are additional details we provided to our teachers which you may find helpful.

• Location: Tennessee Performing Arts Center (505 Deaderick Street). For a map and directions, click here – Directions<http://www.tpac.org/visiting/directions.asp>.

• Time: The performance begins at 1:00 PM. Doors open at 12:30 PM. Plan to arrive early to park and make your way into the building.

• Parking: Parking costs downtown vary from $5-$20, so be prepared to pay to park. We suggest parking at the library or the Sheraton. Please note if you park at the Sheraton, you may turn in your parking pass to Cassie in the lobby after the performance and AFTER the Q&A with $5 to get a pre-paid parking pass for the day.

• Entering and Security: The performance will take place in Johnson Theater. When you enter TPAC, go to the security desk and tell them you are here for the performance of Nearly Lear. You will need ID to sign in at the security desk, then take the elevator to B level.

• Suggested Dress: TPAC’s theater temperatures vary constantly, so we suggest you dress in layers. Bring a jacket!

• Performance Run-Time: The performance will run about 70 minutes, followed by a Q&A portion, around 90 minutes total run-time.
Thanks, Sherri
