Subject: Tennessee Presenters Annual Meeting

...is coming up! (In case you forgot or haven't seen the new website.)

Monday, May 19. Be there! There weren't any June dates that would work for those in attendance at our winter meeting,so we chose the May date instead. See what happens when you miss a meeting? :-)

Anyway, put it on your calendar - Monday, May 19 at Cedar of Lebanon State Park. We'll be in the Cedar Forest Lodge from 9 am until 2pm or so, CDT. This is going to a great meeting. Following our usual brief business meeting and officer elections, we'll have a couple of hours of conversation amongst ourselves, led by none other than Friend of TNPR Stephen Barefoot, who will be in charge of herding us cats through some creative ways to work with our neighboring venue(s), especially where we're in close geographic vicinity to each other.

And remember, there is no cost for this meeting other than getting yo'self there, so come one, come all. Just let me know how many are coming!

Seriously, it would be great to hear from everyone this week so I can make some catering arangements. I'm hoping Alexander's won't mind delivering in Lebanon, but if they can't, I need some time to find a local alternative.

Just hit reply and let me know. And thanks once again for all you do...

Regards,

Bob
