Well....for what it's worth. You wearing a hood? Gloves? Makes a
big difference wearing a hood and gloves. You'll certainly feel
warmer and probably last a bit longer in the water until you
start to feel really cold. 12C.....Egads! We maybe get to 15-16C
here in Sydney. It's chilly but most of use stick with the 5mm.
Usually good for about 50 minutes...and a lot of grumbling
afterwards. The trade off, though, is the good viz and the
abundance of critters.
