"You attacked the system and then the messenger."

Lee, just what constitutes an attack? I DISAGREED with
this system in my first post and I stated why. If that
is what constitutes an attack in your book, you need
to take your own advice and lighten up. Read my first
response to you in the archives.

As far as the ID theft issue, I doubt that Alabama is
the only state that has ever had SSNs on their DLs.
While my SSN and DL numbers may be available with some
research, I am cautious about handing over my DL
without reason, as that would make it that much easier
for someone who is less than honest. It certainly
happens in the dive industry with credit cards, just
ask Gene Broome about his kid.

I'm also human and forget things. So I try to avoid
handing over things I don't want to lose. After a hard
day of diving, I have left my c-card at the quarry in
Bham a number of times. I'm glad they don't want my
DL.

Alabama has had a title law since the 1970s, probably
76 or 77 as best as I can remember. I'm sure you can
look it up if it matters to you.

I'm bored with this and I'm sure everybody else is
bored as well. If you label my disagreement with Lady
Cyana's policy as an attack, you need to go visit the
techdiver archives and look at some real attacks.

Have a nice day.

David H.
