Yep, and not everybody is going to do the extra work
to keep their Haskell compatible with high pressure
pure oxygen. They are probably mostly using it to
fully utilize their more expensive He bottles, and are
not worrying about the less expensive oxygen.

I've gotten fills at a place that used it to boost
premixed nitrox fills to the needed pressure, but have
never actually seen anybody use a booster on pure
oxygen.

I've bought some Al 40s for extra oxygen bottles. They
are inexpensive, make nice stage bottles, and hold
enough oxygen for decompression on most of my dives. I
have two and plan to buy more. I also have two steel
72s for oxygen, but may eventually change those over
to AL 80s. The steel 72s are really 71.2s at 2475
overfill, so there is only about 4-5 cu ft difference
between 2200 psi fill in a 72 and an 80.
