It has been said in various forums that a DM's primary responsibility is to
make, and perhaps deliver, good coffee.  Contrary to much of the world,
Florida DMs stay aboard during a dive more often than not.  While I find
making coffee to be a very desirable skill in a DM, I think that the ability
to hand set the anchor effectively may be a slightly more important one.
