Mate!  Just to expand on Bob's answer <bwg>:  If they're pumping nitrox and
don't have an analyser then you really don't want to be diving on that boat!
:-)

Having said that, some folks who dive nitrox to the depth limit of whatever
PPO2 they're personally comfortable with, prefer to carry their own at all
times!  :-)

Have a great trip - and a little tip that I don't want you to share with
anyone else going on the trip.  If you want to ensure that you have a really
good time then the very first thing that you should do on boarding the
vessel is to seek out the cook and ingratiate yourself with them!  :-)
