To the best of my knowledge it is.  (Bear in mind that with the handle's
length taken into account then you have an implement that's over afoot in
length!)  :-)

You must mean the underwater 'walk-athon'!  (That was wetsuit, cylinders,
two weight belts and ten-tons of lead!) :-)
