Now this email is going to cover most of the to's & from's that appeared
after my original posting about *wot I do & dont wear* <BWG> on liveaboards.
I have to save .. err ... wots left of my reputation ;-)
What I DIDNT write appears to have caused some imaginations to go in to
over-drive. I doan want ya to bust your boilers so Im gonna have to be a
party-pooper .. in the nicest way of course :-)

But firstly!! Having just ploughed thru all the postings on the web page,
since this list was taken-over by the latest immigrants, Im GLAD to see the
gang is on track again discussion-wise .. and in the HUMO(U)R stakes :-)) I
will do my utmost to tickle your sides when I feel NEDish.
Big cyber-hug to all me old mates from Scuba-L :-))
Im happy to call Scuba-SE home :-)

Prize? Wot did I win? Not that stitch-less garment again Dave <BWG> Ya know
.. the Emperor with no clothes ;-) Even the scots over here would have
something on under their kilts atm coz its bloody freezing.

Awwww shucks Dave .. was only trying to be helpful :-) Throw in an extra
pair of those silky boxer shorts .. ya know the ones with purple & pink
hearts all over em.
PS You must send me ya pic so I can ascertain whether you SHOULD or SHOULDNT
wear a nightie ;-)

Oh, I still wanna have fu-un! Now, I didnt say I DONT like wearing
*underwear* .. dont get me wrong .. I have a beautiful collection of lingerie.
What was MISSING in my original post was that I **WEAR SWIMWEAR** (ALL DAY
LONG) on liveaboards. Sometimes with t-shirt & shorts/ sulu (wraparound)
chucked over them during dives. On a liveaboard its something quick & easy
to get into after a quick shower to wash the salt off. I hate wearing wet
things. Most decent liveaboards do not allow you into the lounge, dining or
bedroom areas unless you are reasonably dry. They really hate it when you
turn up for meals looking nice & dry in your t-shirt & shorts but leave
those tale-tale signs on the cushion from your not-so-dry-after-all swimwear.

I arrived at Bob's place, BEFORE the Coz99NEDfest, with only ONE suitcase
(and he thought that was stuffed to the gills :-)) Wot the Feeesh didnt know
then was that I had already sent another suitcase over to Truk Lagoon. It
held all the *extra gear* that I use when wreck diving - backup dive gear
and enough swimming costumes to wear a different one between each dive. Did
I say I hate wearing wet things :-) I collect swimwear like some gals
collect shoes but I usually take 1 bikini for sunbaking and 3 fullsuits for
the daily dive routine. They are washed on a daily basis, dont take long to
dry (so the one I used for dive #1 is probably already dry by the time we go
back in to the water for dive #4) & take up little room in suitcase.

During heavy dive schedules I feel the cold & may change wetsuits between
dives depending on the conditions. For me the normal wetsuit for tropical
waters is a polartec but I also take a 3 mil shorty, a 3 mil with full arms
& legs, a hood and a few pairs of dive socks to stop my feet chaffing in me
booties. On my last trip to Truk Lagoon I only used the Polartec during the
day as it was so warm & switched to the 3 mil full wetsuit for the night
dives. Nice, warm, dry gear is a pleasure to crawl in to especially if you
have a bit of a boat ride to a dive site on a tender when there is a bit of
wind blowing around.

Mike, Strike knows Im not that far away I cant clip his ears .. just a hop,
skip & a jump away on the other side of the island aye Strike <G>. and he
also knows if he aint a good boy Ill not send him his chrissy pressie -
madfish bay wine & tim-tams!! I crack up at the office when Strike rings
me. All the girls who happen to answer my phone when Im away from me desk
say "he sounds like such a lovely guy, is he married". I say "sorry girls
he's spoken for, but wouldnt the world would be a happier place if we could
clone him" :-))
