IT assistance is by definition surly.  It goes with the territory.  People
at MBNA think they toss raw meat or programmers into my cubicle once a week
to keep me in line.

Staying with UTC is the path of least resistance but making you a co-owner
would placate Bob.  He carries a grudge for a looooong time even when he is
mistaken about what I said.  But then, Bob never makes a mistake.

Give me a call on Fri. No guarantees.  Daughter is about to domino. Talked
to her tonight and the quack has taken her off the drugs to stop labor so I
am anticipating that she will not make it to the weekend.

Dont think there is any particular hurry.  Waiting to hear from UTC about
the software they use and what (if anything) I really need to do.
