All boats not fully enclosed have facilities for whizzing.  Not all boat
occupants have the necessary skills to properly utilize those facilities.

You should have picked a better agency.  ABCD International teaches you not
to fully remove the bathing suit or skin if you're not wearing a bathing
suit, thus negating the necessity to protect certain bait-like protrusions
from consumption by passing marine organisms.

Now doesn't this just make you wonder what they teach those not ready for
solo yet?
