No the culprit, or more likely cabal, were never discovered but I have my
suspicions and will not let it drop.

That's my fault really.  I should have advised re the depth of the course
in advance and asked for prior preparation.  So sorry.

And in response to Crusty, the creditials will be following in the mail.
Unfortunately, Punjab's English is so poor that he is really no help in
this area.
