I agree that mixes of over say 40% indicate a different use than
would be typical of recreational divers and that a higher level of
training would be necessary for their use. I just see the agencies
using it to bleed off more from the wallets of the students.
For TDI, you have the Deco procedures course which teaches the
use of the higher mix gases after you have done the advanced nitrox
course.
