Hi,

just some questions,

does anybody knows if it's necessary in Spain:
- to dive with a "bottle" (not alluminium) wich is tested,
  not longer than 2 years ago.
- is it possible that  a filling station refuses to fill it ?
- do you need a health cert. not older than 1 year ?
