Does anyone have experience cleaning diesel oil from clothing and dive
equipment?

I've got a considerable amount of stuff to deal with that was saturated
with seawater and diesel oil when our boat capsized last fall. I'm
assuming that the scuba regulators can be factory rebuilt and reused,
but they have to be cleaned of diesel before sending them out. Also,
there are wetsuits and clothing that might be useable if we could get
the diesel smell out of them! Detergents and vinegar have had little
effect thus far . . .

Any suggestions for cleaning this stuff?
