Oh, I've been on that page. Was just waiting to find out what Borneo
Diver's price for the one in KK would be. Hyatt.com says US 60, BD says US
48. So I'll forgo the Emirates double miles for KK, but not for Sanur.

Also, I wasn't going to book the hotels before the flights were confirmed.

Bit out of practice at the moment. Opening/bearing off theories, no
problem. Pip count in my head? Don't think so. Been playing computers too
much. So that should screw  up my appreciation of probabalities to my
disadvantage. So, 7 points max. cubed.
