This would appear to me to be the most reasoned response.  Banning an
entire domain seems rather drastic.  Besides, who wants to go through the
fireworks that would inevitable take place on the list if such a ban were
seriously proposed.

My 2 cents.  BTW Chuck, I think you are doing a great job!  Thanks for
stepping in.
