True enough.

It was pretty basic. Asked the Doc to sign a form stating that he and
I both knew the hazards of diving that I had no condition that was
considered a contraindication to diving. Listed some of the common
contraindications that are on most student waivers.

True, but in my case, my Doc dives, granted it's only one or twice a
year and usually in Jamacia so he didn't even bother to read the
form on the first go around when I was standing in front of him.
Doubt he read the other one either.
