Depending on the size of the attachment to the BCD, your best option may be
to contact Halcyon or somebody that has access to their products. Halcyon
wings do not have a pull dump in the inflator hose. Since it's most often
the rubber flapper that gets stuck or fails completely, this is a valid
option for those that, like me, find that the pull dump is only of limited
value. FWIW, my wing has a pull dump on the bottom right, but even if that
one fails completely, my wing will still retain gas while I'm in an upright
position.
