Money talks.  You can charge 500 for a rebreather course plus the rental of
the rebreather plus the chemicals.  kaching kaching kaching.  There be big
bucks in tech diving and the local shops have figured it out.  Now if they
were only really qualified to teach it.  But....  it will go on even after
people start dying.
