Are those "Penguins" extinct now? If so, how could such a thing have
happened given the universal appear of the Tim Tams, its taste-alike.

I am intrigued by this "round-about way" reminder! :-)
It's a most memorable IMAX film, perhaps because of its dramatization
into a TALL TALE as opposed to the real exploits of Shackleton. :-)

This part is true, historically.

What about all the married men? <Sorry, couldn't resist>
The latter is supposedly true, but I don't recall seeing penguins
in the IMAX film 'Arctic Adventure', but I did notice the
disappeance of all the sled dogs near the end of the expedition. :-)
Which is my round-about way of asking Jeff, "Are Penquin cookies Dog
biscuits"? :O)
On that note, I must retire to get ready for an early trek to Alabamy
to re-introduce Mike Wallace to shy Viv, and to introduce Viv to the
Huntsville NASA Space Center. <BWG>
