I've got two HyperAqualands, one of which has gone through a battery
replacement and, at the same time, had the alarms disabled. I've never had
a lick of problems with either and I wear one of them as my every day watch.
My experience with Citizen, their watches and their repair facilities have
all been very positive. Personally, I suspect your repair facility is the
source of your problems, but that's just a guess.
