Bob was doing such a good job of behaving that I was going to let this one
slide. Then I read his post relative to Molassas and recovered this one
from my delete pile.

> That will not alter one

> Rodale's ratings that Lee so readily EMPHASIZE as "reliable").
> Morehead City, NC consistently rated above any of the Florida

I'm getting a bit sick of your reference to my reliance on Rondale. I did
not quote Rondale, I did not base my conclusion on Rondale, I didn't, in
fact even bring Rondale up. I specifically stated that I did not know where
the data came from. You, on the other hand, have repeatedly stated your
facts as defined by Rondale. For someone who so clearly states that
Rondale's information is worthless, you certainly seem to base a lot of your
conclusions on their data. You did it again in this post. Do I need to
point out what this says about your conclusions?

You have not offered a single fact to support your statement that Florida
dives are inferior except for quoting Rondale's which you also characterize
as worthless. In fact, you have no idea what Florida diving, at its best,
is like. You have neither dove here enough to know nor had the resources to
reach the better sites. You simply don't know what you are talking about.
As usual, that has not stopped you from talking.

> The fact that Cozumel is the MOST POPULAR (according to Rodale's
> also) dive location in the world, and thousands go there everyday,
> does not diminish to any noticeable extent the QUALITY of the
> dive sites there, not until the Floridian (Molasses Reef) divers
> go there en masse and kick all the corals dead. ;^)

Now there's an interesting statment. Since you are discussing this with me,
I presume you are referring to Floridian divers we both know. That pretty
much limits your reference to me or, if Floridian divers includes any divers
living here, then to Mika, Ray Jones, Jayna and me. Which of us are you
referring to? Care to compare opinions on diving skills? How do you think
the four of us would rate your diving relative to others you seem to be
referring to? Do you have the nerve to ask?
