Lee,

Do they have a haskel?  Oxygen comes from the gas companies in tanks
that are
only pumped up to around 2200 psi, hence the fill limit (i.e. it's
nothing to do with
your or your tanks).  I know you're aware of this, but by "banking" the
tanks and
rotating them you can scavenge most of the gas out of the tanks before
they get sent
back and replaced with full ones.  Haskels allow you to boost the
pressure from
roughly 100 psi up to 3500 psi, thereby not only performing the
scavenging better
and reducing the need for "banking", but also to get a higher working
pressure.
