Seasons greetings to You & your Loved Ones.

The majority of you are probably tucked up in bed right now.
I'm just finishing off making up a prawn, avocado & mango salad for a
planned 2pm Christmas day feast at my best friends Woofie's place. The fruit
salad & hokey pokey flavoured ice cream is ready. The Christmas Log cake is
cooling. 
The roasted tomato salad is just about done. The potatoes are being nuked in
the microwave only requiring a quick toss in a djorn grain mustard, chives &
cream dressing.  Due to our stinking hot weather just about everything that
will be eaten for Christmas lunch and dinner will be served cold. With
around
12 of us known as the 'orphans' coz we don't have family around to celebrate
turning up at Woofie's we are going to have food coming out our ears I
reckon .. but more the merrier, especially with some liquid amber to wash it
all down with. 

The 26th I am heading home for a week to catch up with family, especially
now mother is getting on in age. Then I zap back heading up north to Coral
Bay for a week to finish off taking pics for the coral degradation
monitoring project I've volunteered to do - a 5 year project.  I promise to
post some details about the dives up at Coral Bay to make up for being so
quiet on the list.
