Wasn't it 200 meters in 8 minutes?   Or this is just for open water and not
for instructors?

It reminds me the swim test - when they formed the PSD team.  I was sure
that it would be nothing but found out that I had to make an effort to make
it.   I was lucky because most of the other guys were not in a better shape :-)
