I'll agree with David on this one as well. I use the frog kick almost
exclusively these days because it quite comfortable even in decent
current and I don't find that other folks are out running me. In fact,
I'm covering the same ground, with less kick strokes than those that
employ a traditional flutter kick. Just my experience mind you, has been
no documented scientific study that I'm aware of.
